Elopement photographer in Maine

I’m Corey, a New England-based destination elopement photographer and filmmaker specializing in Acadia National Park and coastal Maine elopements, with work rooted in Grand Teton National Park, the Dolomites, Patagonia, and the American West. My approach is calm, cinematic, film-forward, and deeply place-centered. I work with couples who want their elopement to feel honest, personal, and fully lived, not like a performance they have to put on for everyone else. Your day might be just the two of you, a small circle of family, your dog, your kids, a second marriage, a queer love story, or the wedding you wish you had chosen the first time. An elopement with me is not a marathon of photo stops or a production crew surrounding you. I help you shape the day around light, weather, crowds, access, Leave No Trace, emotional energy, and what actually feels good in your body. I’ll guide when you need direction, step back when the moment needs room, and help you stay present instead of wondering what comes next. I document elopements with digital photography, 35mm film, Super 8, and hybrid video for couples who want to remember not only what the day looked like, but what it felt like. My work is for nature-first couples, LGBTQ+ couples, introverts, romantics, second marriages, small family ceremonies, and multi-day adventures that feel less like a wedding production and more like a meaningful trip you’ll talk about for the rest of your life.
